Experienced commish looking to fill four orphan teams in a 2nd year dynasty league.
All 4 teams just got filled shortly after this post. If anyone is still interested I would like to put together a wait list though. Please leave me your name and email if you would like to be on the wait list.
View the league as a guest at https://www60.myfant...19/home/54570#0
League ID is 54570.

The league by-laws:

League Concept:
This is a 32 NFL team IDP super flex dynasty league separated into 4 different conferences of 8 teams. Each conference of 8 is like its own little league where you have the entire NFL pool of players for each conference. You battle your own conference of 8 teams and if you win then you get to go against the other conference champs in the playoffs. This is a dynasty league where you get to keep all your players for as long as you want.

Cost:
Annual league fees are 30 USD due by August 1st every season.  Trading away future draft picks requires paying your league fees one year in advance through the leaguesafe website.  Failure to pay league fees by or on August 1st deadline will result in a forfeiture of your team. An exception can be made by the commisioner to allow an extra day or two for extenuating circumstances though.

Rosters:
Rosters consist of 90 players max year round with no taxi squad or IR spots.  There is no roster cutdowns other than you will be required to drop a player for every future rookie draft pick you make so that you stay under or at the 90 player limit.

Conferences and Divisions:
The league is seperated into four different conferences with two divisions per conference.  The conferences and divisions are as follows:
AFC E/W conference- divisions are AFC East and AFC West
AFC N/S conference- divisions are AFC North and AFC South
NFC E/W conference- divisions are NFC East and NFC West
NFC N/S conference- divisions are NFC North and NFC South

Starting lineups:
Starting lineups consist of the following:
On offense: 1 QB, 3 RB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 1 Flex QB/RB/WR/TE, 1 Additional Flex RB/WR/TE
On defense: 1 DT, 2 DE, 3 LB, 1 CB, 3 S, 1 Flex DT/DE/LB/CB/S

Rookie Drafts:
Every year around mid May there will be a seperate rookie email draft (12 hour clock) for each conference of 8 teams. Each team will be given 12 hours per pick and if the clock expires you will lose your pick. It will be a linear 7 round draft done in reverse order of final standings from the previous season.  Trading of rookie picks up to two years out is allowed but trading of future year draft picks will require payment of league fees for that future year before the commish will consider approval.

Trades:
Trade deadline is the start of 1st game of week 13.  Trades are approved by the commissioner to ensure trading of future draft pick rules are followed.  If a trades fairness is deemed highly questionable by the commisioner, then a leaguewide poll will be conducted.  The poll will mention that NO votes should only be used if you believe the trade is unfair and possibly collusion.

Schedule:
The regular season will consist of 12 games.  Two matchups with each team in your division.  You will play against each team in the opposite division in your conference atleast once and two of the teams twice.

Playoffs:
Week 13 is division championship week.  The top two teams in each division will have a playoff game to determine the division champs.
Week 14 is the conference championships.  Each division champ plays against the other division champ in the same conference to determine who is the conference champions.
Change per league vote in 2019 to start in the 2020 season.  Top 2 division winners and top 2 overall record amongst the remaining teams in the conference get the (wild card) 3rd and 4th seeds regardless of division. 4 team playoff starting in week 13 in each conference in which the #1 seed plays the #4 seed and the #2 seed plays the #3 seed in week 13.  Week 14 the winners from week 13 playoff will play for the conference championships.  (AFC E/W championship, AFC N/S championship, NFC E/W championship, NFC N/S champioship)
Week 15 is the AFC and NFC championship week.  The two conference champs from the AFC will have a playoff game to determine the AFC Champs and the two NFC conference champs from the NFC will have a playoff game to determine the NFC Champs.
Week 16 is the Super NFL Dynasty Championship week.  The AFC champs will play the NFC champs to determine who is the NFL Super Dynasty Champions.

Standinds Tie Breakers order:
Head 2 Head record 1st, Division record 2nd, Total points 3rd.
Change per league vote in 2019 to start in the 2020 season. Standings tie breaker voted to be changed to the following order:  Head 2 Head 1st, Total points 2nd, Division record 3rd.

Show me the money:
30 dollars will be added to the accumulative winnings for each division champion.  An additional 50 dollars will be added to those teams total winnings for each team that wins their conference championship.  An additional 95 dollars is added to the winnings of the teams that win the AFC and NFC championship games.  And finally an additional 200 dollars and 10 cents is added to the total winnings of the superbowl/NFL Super Dynasty Champ.

Breakdown of league fees and how the league fees are distributed is posted on the league home page. Not going to go through the trouble of posting all the scoring rules. Look them up under reports.

Groupme App:
All franchise owners are strongly encouraged to join in on, and invited to join in on our groupme chat room. In our chat room important discussions take place regarding possible rule changes and improvements to the league.

Rule Changes:
Suggested rule changes will be discussed and possibly voted on during the offseason. The rule changes will be voted on using the MFL league polls. Over 50 percent approval is all that is needed for any rule changes.

Waivers:
Blind bid waivers are automatically processed for locked players on Wednesday mornings at 4am eastern time.  First come first serve waivers immediately after.  Players droppped after waivers are ran on Wednesday morning are not locked and will be first come first serve until kickoff of their next game.  Blind bid budget is $1000 per team for the season.  All blind bids must be in increments  of .01.  Minimum blind bid is 0.  Blind bid ties are broken by whichever owner put in their bid first.  Blind bid budget does not carry over into the next season.  Blind bid dollars are allowed to be traded.
Change starting in the 2020 season per league vote in 2019.  Dropped players are locked until next waiver run (blind bid) after 24 hours.  Waivers will run once a day every morning on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  Wednesdays waivers process at 3:00 am ET, Thursdays at 3:15 am ET, Fridays at 3:30 am ET, Saturdays at 3:45 am ET, and Sundays at 4:00 am ET.

Tanking:
If the commissioner receives multiple complaints (3 owners or more) from conference members (8 team conference) about 1 team in the conference blatantly throwing a game or games then the commissioner will be forced to take action.  The team owner who is being complained about will be given a direct warning by the commissioner to stop this behavior.  If the commissioner continues to get complaints of tanking or purposely throwing games then the commissioner will be forced to have a vote with the members of the conference that the team is in to determine removal from the league.  If it is determined by majority vote that the team owner should be removed from the league then the commissioner will be forced to remove them.  If a team owner is removed from the league they will not be given a refund for their league dues already paid.

Chargers filled now as well I believe. All the teams filled fast. Sorry if you missed out. I'd like to put together a waiting list though so that if anyone drops out or doesn't pay there league dues on time I will have new owners ready to go.
