Does anyone know how to use custom CSS for MFL-generated email?

This is all I have ever know in css and I am not sure if it even works today.

What I do since I don't like all the promos in the emails generated by MFL is that I turn off all emails to all the owners, click on Communication > EMail To Entire League and write what needs to be said formatting it to my preferences.
