You have the <style> and </style> tags in your uploaded CSS file.

(Most of the CSS code comes through anyway although not the Google font. Either way, those style tags are really only for placing CSS styling inside Home Page Modules.

 

Uploading the code like you did is the preferred method.)

 

Regardless, your site now looks waaaay better than these blue-themed skins( esp on smaller devices):
