An owner is unable to link his team to his MFL account?

My new owner has created a MFL account & can't link his franchise to his account. I have changed the access code a few times without success. Yes we have watched the upper/lower case letters. I thought the problem was maybe with his work pc & firewalls or cookies. But I have tried to link his franchise signing in as him with my pc from home, it won't work? And I am in multiple leagues and have never had this problem? Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?
