Very nice work. Looks like everything shows up for the 2019 season except for the awards. Will those appear when the 2020 sites are setup?

So long as they have been setup in your league awards they should be pulled into the report.  If you added them after the initial install you will need to do a history update in the admin tab.

Does this script work for first year leagues or do I have to wait for the 2020 season? I can't link historical franchises and get a big red X when trying to install/update league history.

please post a link to where you have installed the script , its very hard to get any help without knowing what we are looking at

make sure none of the leagues are marked private and not for public viewing , or the script will not work

make sure you have your historical franchise information updated

other then that is should work

1) There most likely is an issue on MFL's end as to why those two seasons are not populating.  Check to see if the franchises in those season are properly linked.  If not trying re-linking franchises.  Once you re-link reload the link franchises page to make sure the changes were saved.  If not then there are steps that you can take to clean up MFL's linking issue.  Get back to us.

2) Haven't tested on leagues with no history but it would make sense that it doesn't work for those types of leagues.  I do have one league that is in it's first season so I will test to see where script is failing.  Will get back to you.

3) Good.

The franchises are linked properly. I've checked several times.

I added the script to another league and one of the four seasons isn't populating.

Per the admin tab, I removed the league history urls and currently waiting 24 hours before I add them back. Then I guess I have to wait another 24 hours before hitting install/update.

I'll know if that worked in about two days.

If at any point EVER , you have duplicated your league and didn't delete it  ,it will mess up the history.

Any duplicated leagues not deleted causes the MFL site to look for both leagues at same time , per Mike at MyFantasyLeague. They said they fixed this starting last season , but any prior season , for any commissioner whoever made a duplicate of their league and failed to delete it , it will break the MFL chain of leagues

That's strange. I have a site that I've duplicated every year to test new scripts and it's the only league where all years are populating with this script.

I couldn't find duplicate or test sites for any of the leagues that has years not populating.

I'm going to delete all test sites in the past anyway.

Thanks for the info.

I did notice that the year that wasn't populating, the league had a different security setting (set to Yes) than the other years.

Anyway, it's an excellent script and I hope it works for most folks.

FWIW -

I recently had a problem with my History for PROgnosticators.  When testing, I added the 2018 URL to the historical setup.  When finished, I deleted it, but even after I regenerated the stats that year still showed in the records.

I asked MFL why and they had to remove the player history on their end.

Habman,  Looks like MFL changed some stuff 2-6,  It has crashed the play calucator I have used for years.  I'm sure it must be affecting other scripts you wrote

What is the play calculator?  And yes MFL has changed things and things are working hit and miss right now.

update

its possible the jQuery library is causing an issue when MFL "Link Historical Franchise" page , the work around to be able to link and save your franchises it to use the PRINTER friendly page.

So visit the page and add &PRINTER=1  to the end of the url , then link and save and it will take. Rerun your Full history and player history updates in the ADMIN tab and your set
