Open team is the joker. The buy in is only 30 dollars.

League by laws listed below:

This is a 12 team IDP dynasty league where you get to keep all your players for as long as you want. No contracts, no salaries.
Annual league fees are 30 USD due by August 1st every season. Trading away future 1st round draft picks requires paying your league fees one year in advance through the leaguesafe website. Failure to pay league fees by or on August 1st deadline will result in a forfeiture of your team. An exception can be made by the commisioner to allow a few extra days for extenuating circumstances though.

Rosters consist of 50 players max year round with no taxi squad or IR spots. There is no roster cutdowns other than you will be required to drop a player for every future rookie draft pick you make so that you stay under or at the 50 player limit.

The league is seperated into 3 divisions that will be re-aligned for balance every year or 2. 3 division winners and 3 wild card teams make the playoffs.

Starting lineups:
Starting lineups consist of the following:
On offense: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex RB/WR/TE, 1PK
On defense: 2 DL, 2 LB, 2 DB, 1 Flex DL/LB/DB

Rookie Drafts:
Every year around mid May there will be a seperate rookie email draft with a 12 hour clock. Each team will be given 12 hours per pick and if the clock expires you will auto pick. It will be a linear 7 round draft done in reverse order of potential points for non playoff teams and then reverse order of final standings for playoff teams. Trading of rookie picks up to one year out is allowed but trading of future 1st round draft picks will require payment of league fees for that future year before the commish will consider approval.

Trade deadline is the start of 1st game of week 13. Trades are approved by the commissioner to ensure trading of future draft pick rules are followed. If a trades fairness is deemed highly questionable by the commisioner, then a leaguewide poll will be conducted. The poll will mention that NO votes should only be used if you believe the trade is unfair and possibly collusion.

The regular season will consist of 13 games. Two matchups with each team in your division. You will play against each team in the opposite divisions once with the exception of 1 team.

Playoffs start week 14. The top 3 division winners are seeded 1 through 3 with total points as the tie breaker. The 3 remaining best teams based on record and then points is seeded 4 through 6. Top 2 seeds get a bye in the 1st round.
Standinds Tie Breakers order:
In order to keep things simple as possible standings tie breakers are based on total points.
Suggested rule changes will be discussed and possibly voted on during the offseason. The rule changes will be voted on using the MFL polls. Over 50 percent approval is all that is needed for any rule changes.

Blind bid waivers are automatically processed for locked players on Wednesday mornings at 4am eastern time. Dropped players are locked until the next blind bid waiver run. Waivers will run once a day every morning at 4:00 am ET on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The blind bid budget for every team is $1000 for the entire year. Zero bids are allowed. Bids are in increments of .01.
