One of my owners can't remember his password (saved as favorite on old computer and it just died), and he doesn't have access to his old email account anymore (not sure why). So I as the commissioner changed his franchise email to a new email address. I logged out and back in as commish and the new email address is tied to the team.
So when he goes in and uses the "forgot password section" with his username, the email generated keeps going to his old email account even though there is no sign of it on his franchise. The new email account does not receive an email.
Any thoughts on this? Help!!!
