Honestly, I'm fed-up with LeagueSafe and  their on-going efforts to continue to increase their fees - coming (4%) and going ($2 minimum),  Not to mention that it has been absorbed by the resurrected FanBall which is now a DFS venue competing with FanDuel, DraftKings, et al, for a piece of your Winnings.
 
Yes, I know there are ways to avoid their Fees, but in reality, is anyone taking full advantage of these methods?
 
I'm leaning toward utilizing Zelle and want to know if anyone is or has utilized their service to handle League Funds.  
 
If so, what's your experience (good or bad)?

 I don't use LeagueSafe either. My guys use Zelle to pay me all the time. Never had a problem. Once they transmit the money, it cannot be reversed. I use for my personal banking all the time as well. Again, never a problem.

Follow-Up Question-

 

Are you using the phone app or going through your bank?  I found several glitches with the phone app (confirmed by Zelle)

  1. Contacts are listed multiple times (from 2-4 times)
  2. When requesting money (not available thru the Bank Interface), one can't change the text on what the request is for.

FYI - Because some of my League members have balances with LeagueSafe, this year I'm giving them an option to pay either thru Zelle or LeagueSafe.  Its more work for me, but seems to be working.

​I use it only thru my bank, so I'm not aware of the issue you mentioned.

I think I figured out how the app works.

 

  • To change the text in the request - The cursor is in the middle of "Whats this for?" and to change it, just start typing.
  • Repetitive Contacts - I believe its because my contacts are saved on my phone and the Cloud.  I'm still trying to verify this.

So far, the transfer of funds has worked without a glitch,

 

I give to 4.5 out of 5 stars
