Level of money, time and of course talent,
Basic HDR (Can be done with either PS or Gimp for free, time/talent)
Topaz Adjust 5 (Personal fave, $50, awesome program if you use it correctly and take the time to burn/dodge specific over adjusted areas)
LucisArt 3 (Lucis price is insane even for those with $ to burn)

Using Topaz Demo for 30days and I think I have it now... Thanks for the heads up.... 30days to do a bunch, lol.

If you could address the following issue, I'd be forever grateful:
DROPPING MORE THAN 1 PLAYER PER WAIVER ROUND REQUEST
- we have to manually process waivers in a salary cap league if someone wants to cut 2 or more players to bid on 1
- for example: cut two $2 players to bid $4 on 1 guy
- we have owners write in the notes any additional players to cut
- this means the pre-processed waivers screen is always incorrect because the program doesn't know about all the drops
- it's painful and time-consuming to go through all the bids each week to fix (and easy to make an error)
If fulfilled...will bow down, offer wine & sacrifice an owner of your choosing. Thank you.

play around with the burn/ dodge tool and you can really add to the effect....
